Beautifully packaged in a set of 7, each tealight represents one of the 7 Chakras. The box contains a brief introduction to each chakra and also guidance on how to use them effectively.
Each Chakra has its own colour and fragrance :
Red: 1st Chakra (Muladhara - Base / Root) - Vetiver

The candle glass may be cleaned with soap and hot water and used as a drinking glass upon completion of the candle.

Chakra meditation - Find a peaceful space, set aside for prayer and meditation. Light the chakra candle. Breathe, fully and deeply. Close your eyes and meditate on the affirmations, the changes you are wishing to make. With great faith, wisdom and love accept what you cannot change, but also know that you have the courage and help to change what is possible.
Remove all outer packaging and place the candle on a protected, heat-resistant, dry surface, away from anything flammable and out of reach of children and pets. Keep the candle away from drafts. Do not burn the candle for more than 3-4 hours per lighting. If the soy wax candles are lit for a long duration, it may cause smoking and may need to be put out.
